Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – JivaAyush

transparent customer experience.
1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all purchases made through www.jivaayush.com & other retail
touchpoints. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility (10-Day Window)
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following
conditions:
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition
• All original packaging, seals, labels, and invoices must be intact
• The return request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
Important: Due to the nature of wellness and ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Requests made after 10 days from delivery
• Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer
• Items purchased under special promotions, clearance, or marked as non
returnable

• Order ID and purchase details
• Reason for return
• Supporting images/videos (if applicable)
Approval Process:
• All return requests are subject to review and approval
• JivaAyush reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on eligibility criteria
5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
Deductions (if applicable):
• Shipping, COD, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable
• Reverse logistics costs may be deducted where applicable
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
• Order details
Upon verification:
• We will offer a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you
7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy
8. Shipping & Reverse Pickup
• Return shipping may be:
o Arranged by JivaAyush, or
o Coordinated by the customer (as instructed)
• Unless due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs may be
borne by the customer
9. Compliance & Fair Usage
• This policy is designed in accordance with consumer protection and e-commerce
guidelines
• Abuse of the return policy (including repeated or fraudulent claims) may result in
denial of future returns or account restrictions
